Hi,
This beltline weatherstrip may be correct for your 77 Cutlass but you will need to compare it to your originals to confirm. You can also order samples. This #10-035X window beltline material is used as an inner on many GM vehicles in the 60's and 70's. The other inner material we see frequently, particularly in the later 70's as an inner is our #10-179X. I have put a link to the 10-179X below.
