This window beltline weatherstrip is a cut to length material. It is definitely not a direct fit replacement for your 1989 Z24 but it may work. You would need to compare it to the original, check the dimensions etc. I would also recommend ordering a sample if you feel it is a good candidate after looking over these criteria.
With that being said, this particular material we see on 60's GM vehicles. I have put a link belo to the page on our site that shows all of these types of materials available. The 2 we see most often in the 1980's by GM are our 10-164X for the outer and our 10-179X for the inners. I would look at these as well. Samples can be ordered online if you find anything you think may work.
