No, the '58-'60 Ford Thunderbird LH outside door handle does not fit the 1965 Ford Galaxie 500 2 door. The correct door handles for your Galaxie are shown on our website under the "Door" category if you do a search for 1965 Ford. You can also see the LH handle for the Galaxie at the link below but you should call me to check availability when you are ready to order it. FYI - We also sell them as a pair if you need both sides.
