So I show this rear door weatherstrip is correct for the rear doors on the 1958 Buick Special 4 Door Sedan. You may be able to modify them for the 1957 but instead I would recommend ordering the seal by the foot as nobody is making a direct fit seal for your year.
In 1958 Buick was using either our 12-014X (no clips) or our 12-015X (with clips) for the doors. Both of these seals are exactly the same only 1 has clips embedded into the seal every few inches, the other does not. If your doors have small holes every few inches around the perimeter you need the seal with clips. I have put product links below and you an order samples online if necessary.
