The door seal kit you are posting this question to is for the 1954 Buick Century 2 door hardtop / convertible only. Also, I show the 4 door sedan uses different seals than the wagon. The only direct fit door seals I show for your wagon are the fronts, and they are offered without clips only.
All that being said, I do have the correct profile seal, same as the original on your 54 Century Wagon. This door seal is available with or without the clips. If your rear doors have the holes on only half of the door it may be the case that someone has used a bondo or body filler to cover the holes - I have seen this many times. I would recommend using the seal with the clips as you can remove the clips for the upper half of the rear doors and keep them for the lower.
