Hi,
I don't think anyone makes a pre-made "direct fit" beltline weatherstrip / fuzzy kit for your 1978 Cutlass. That being said we should have the correct material and you will simply need to cut it to fit your doors. While I am not 100% certain which beltline weatherstrip material GM was using on the 1978 Cutlass, in the late 70's they were typically using our #10-164X for the outers and #10-179X for the inners. I have put a link below to the page on our site that shows all of the available options - please take a look and try to find a match to your original materials - we should have an exact match or at least something close enough to be a functional, period correct replacement. We have samples available as well for a small shipping fee. To order samples please call us with the part #'s you wish to see. You can also call us to discuss 866-789-7879 M-F 8-4 PST.
