No - this part (#10-046V) is for convertible models only and attaches to the front edge of the quarter window. Your 1962 Cadilac 4 door 6 window does not have a quarter glass...the seal on your car attaches to the front edge of the rear door glass. The correct part for your 1962 4 door 6 window Caddy is 10-047V, I have put a link below.
