I don't think the 12-337D would be a good option as this one is for the Mustang. I do not show anyone reproducing a "direct fit" door seal kit for the Crown Victoria. I believe the best you can do is to use a seal by the foot. In the 80's most of the door seals were a "bulb type" seal which is good news as these are easy to work with.
