Hi,
From the factory, these beltline weatherstrips were typically installed using a specialized clip, a staple, or a combination of both. These days guys will typically use either a xxxx , rivet or adhesive. We do sell the original style staples but they are tedious to use as there is no tool to install them - they must be installed 1 at a time by hand. For the adhesive, most folks will use either a 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive or a Urethane - I would do a little homework on each to see if either is a good route for your project. We also do offer some of the older style clips...I am not sure if we have a match to your original style but you can see what is available using the link below.
