No, the 1953-1955 Ford F series truck is completely different than the 1988 Ford Ranger. The door seals for your 1988 Ford Ranger can be seen at the link below. We offer one that goes on the body (12-286D) and one that goes along the top of the door (E9TZ-1520518-PR).
