So I don't think anyone makes a direct fit roof rail seal for your 1968 2 door hardtop Fairlane. I believe this fastback seal will likely be the closest thing available. I am not sure, but I would think the length may be the main issue and typically the fastback bodies have a longer seal...this would be good news as you could cut it down. You can try this one and if it will not work you can send it back for a refund provided you do not cut or modify it.
