Hi,
This material was used as an outer on many GM vehicles from 1963-66. I am nearly certain it is correct for the Grand Prix but I recommend you compare it to your original to confirm. This material has "tabs" on the back every 4" or so that mate with slots in the trim piece on the top of the door. If you see this type of set up on your original this is the correct material 100%.
