Hi,
If you have a 1965 Buick Skylark 2 door hardtop (vehicle has no B pillar), the seal on the roof is not a run channel, it is a roof rail seal. The roof rail seal on the hardtop is part#11-178R. You can see this seal at the link below. FYI - If you need the vertical run channel on the back side of the vent window frame that guides the front edge of the door glass when it rolls up and down, see part#10-378X. I included a link to that item below, as well.
