Hi,
No, this hood insulation for the Eldorado doesn't fit the 1982 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. We don't offer a hood insulation for your DeVille at this time. We DO have hood the black/grey hood insulation in 48' x 65" sheets in 2 different thicknesses if you want to cut your own. The 1" thick material is part # 04-010X and the 1/2" thick material is part #04-004X. You can see them both at the link below.
