Hi,
Yes! This should be the same run channel found on the 1955 Ford F100. It is typically found on Ford and GM models with a post/sedan style body from 1933 or so until around 1960. We have several flexible/rigid versions with/without stainless steel for many different types of vehicles. You can see them all at the link below.
Window Run Channel (I would focus on the bottom half of the list for the 1955 Ford truck):
