Hi,
This material was used by GM in the late 70's as the inner so it may very well be the correct material for your '77 Grand Prix. You will need to compare the material to your originals. In the late '70's and 80's GM typically used our #10-035X OR 10-179X for the inners and 10-164X OR 10-205X for the outers. I would look at these on our site and compare to your originals to confirm. I have also put a link below to the page on our site that shows all of the materials we offer.
